Terms of Service

By accessing or using True Acre Collective (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. This is a working v1 draft pending counsel review.

1. The Platform

True Acre Collective operates a curated, invite-only marketplace that routes e-commerce revenue back to verified multi-generational American ranching families ("Ranch Partners"). True Acre Collective acts as the merchant of record for all customer transactions and remits an equitable share to the originating Ranch Partner via Stripe Connect.

2. Orders

Garments are built to order. Estimated production and delivery windows are published per-product and are best-effort, not guaranteed. Pricing is in USD and exclusive of any state or local taxes assessed at checkout.

3. Returns

Returns are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

All photography, video, written content, marks, and storefronts on the Platform are the property of True Acre Collective or its licensors and Ranch Partners. No use without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Acre Collective's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
