Returns & Refunds

Every garment in the True Acre Collective is built to order in partnership with a verified American ranching family. We honor returns only when the product fails on the two grounds within our control: quality and fit.

Eligible Returns

• Quality defect — 14 days from delivery. Construction flaw, material failure, or shipment damage.
• Fit — 14 days from delivery. Garment does not match the published size chart and was unworn outside of try-on.
• Change of mind — Not accepted. These are made-to-order custom garments. Please consult the size chart before purchase.

Process

1. Initiate a return from your order in your account dashboard.
2. We auto-issue a prepaid UPS return label to the email on file (typically within one business day).
3. Once the item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Outside the Window

Return requests filed after the 14-day window may be reviewed case-by-case at the sole discretion of True Acre Collective. If approved, the refund is issued only after the product is received, inspected, and confirmed unworn beyond initial try-on. Postage on out-of-window returns is the customer's responsibility.
